- Preparation. Made-to-order gowns are produced to your measurements; ready items are prepared for dispatch.
- Dispatch. We ship your order and share a tracking number.
- Delivery. You can follow the shipment with the tracking number until it arrives.

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. If your location is not available, contact us and we will review your case.
